
Trevor Bushéy
Chief Executive Officer
Trevor grew up in Oregon and served in the Army. Upon being Honorably Discharged, he studied at the University of West Georgia. In 2003 he moved to Southern Oregon with his family. Throughout his time here he held two different careers before starting the exciting endeavor of growing IMPACT. Trevor has served the Rogue Valley community with his wife Gina by being on the board of Medford Earth Angels, volunteering and donating to Rogue Retreat, and the Medford Food Project. Trevor and Gina have 4 wonderful children, and when they aren’t guiding Impact, they enjoy spending their time with their loved ones, exploring the outdoors, and making precious memories. He is passionate about helping others and feels that everyone has worth and importance.
Gina Bushéy
Chief Operating Officer
Gina is a Northern California native where she studied at Shasta College before relocating to Oregon with her family. She brings with her 18+ years of leadership and management experience, extensive contractual experience as well as her charming, compassionate personality. Before embarking on this joint adventure with her business partner and husband of 23 years, Trevor , her focus was serving Southern Oregon as a top producing Real Estate Broker. Gina's day to day involvement includes but is not limited to managing administrative operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance and strategic alignment to drive organizational growth. She is also dedicated to helping her community thrive and genuinely believes that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. During the holiday season you can find Gina giving back to her community by preparing and giving out backpacks of essentials and meals to the homeless population and traveling or spending time with those she cherishes most.
Rachel Rennie
Operations Manager
Originally from Half Moon Bay, California, Rachel has called Southern Oregon home for over 20 years. A proud mother to two boys, and wife, Rachel is deeply passionate about family and community. She enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, attending concerts, and visiting local wineries and music festivals.
Rachel earned her MBA from Southern Oregon University and has over 20 years of experience in Retail Management, specializing in Operations. With a strong business acumen and a deep commitment to helping others succeed both personally and professionally, she has built a career rooted in service and leadership. She is also an active volunteer in her community and serves as a CASA, child advocate for abused and neglected children.

Outside of her professional life, she is a proud “Cat Grandma” to two Bengal cats.
Demi Keller
Office Manager
Demi was born and raised in Southern Oregon and grew up in the 4H program and animal agriculture industry. She loved making an impact on kids through mentorship and is now a mom to her son Parker, who she hopes to raise the same way. Demi came to our IMPACT team wanting to continue making the lives of others better and give back to the community she grew up in. When she isn't in the office you can find her outside with her son and two dogs.
Maddy Newcombe
HR Manager / Payroll Department
Maddy grew up in Southern California and received her bachelor's in psychology from California State University of San Marcos, where she attended as a full time student-athlete. Recently, Maddy moved up to Oregon and discovered IMPACT through Gina and Trevor. Maddy is dedicated to making a difference in the community, as well as the lives of DSP’s and who they support along the way.
Camille Springer
Jackson County DSP Manager
Camille was born and raised in Nevada where she attended school for Psychology with a minor in Art. She is happy to be settled in Oregon with her 3 talented kiddos and their dad. Her family loves going to the park or driving through the mountains any day of the week listening to Minecraft parodies. Camille is grateful to have joined the IMPACT family and enjoys every part of her position.
Avery LaNier
Jackson County Assistant/Processor
Avery comes from Southern Oregon, raised with a family of 5 siblings and many well loved animals. She loves spending time with her partner and their 2 dogs, as well as her family who are still in the area. Her best friends live out of state so she also enjoys traveling to see them and embarking on adventures together. Music plays a large role in her life, so she spends time traveling to attend festivals and concerts with a close knit group of friends. Avery is very excited to be a part of the Impact team, as she loves getting to know new people and connecting with the community she grew up with.
Morgan Seawards
Jackson County DSP Manager
Morgan has lived most of his life in Phoenix, Arizona but relocated to Medford 3 years ago. He started in the retail industry where he found he had a passion for building relationships and community. In his free time you’ll find him reading books or hanging out with his cat, Lily. Morgan is very excited to be a part of the Impact team and to help the providers and families grow!
Kevin Cain
Program Coordinator
Kevin was born and raised in Klamath Falls. He’s currently finishing a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health Science at Grand Canyon University and is certified through the State of Oregon as a QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate). He is a father of a child with developmental disabilities and has 2 years experience working as a DSP. Kevin has spent 4 years working with DSP's who provide services to his son and has strong ties in the community of Klamath Falls. He is very passionate about providing the best services possible to Individuals with disabilities, and advocating for them and their families.
Melinda Cain
Klamath County DSP Manager/
Safety Committee Member
Melinda was born and raised in Northern California and relocated to Klamath Falls 10 years ago. She is currently finishing a Masters Degree in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Public Administration at Grand Canyon University. She is also certified through the State of Oregon as a QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate). She is a mother to 6 children and has a child with developmental disabilities. Melinda has 8 years experience working within the I/DD-Mental Health community in both Jackson and Klamath County. She is very passionate about providing the best services possible by advocating for, and supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
Carissa Cunningham
Event Coordinator/ Office Manager Assistant
Carissa grew up in southern Oregon and has always been deeply involved in the soccer community. After stepping away for a bit, she’s now getting back into both coaching and playing. She also has a creative side and works as a wedding makeup artist, having graduated from Cosmetology school with an esthetics license. When she's not working or on the field, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and friends. A true Oregon native at heart, she’s a big fan of the Oregon Ducks football team.
Jocelyn Maisano

Rooted and raised in Southern Oregon, Jocelyn’s learned to appreciate the beautiful scenery it offers, whether it's soaking up some sun at the lake or exploring hidden trails. She thrives on shared moments of laughter with her family and friends. Excited to be a part of the team, she strongly believes in the power of collective impact, and is passionate about creating meaningful change!
Randy Fisher
Lane County DSP Manager
Randy moved to Southern Oregon in 1986 after graduating in Idaho. Most of his life was moving from state to state due to his father being in the military for 20 years. After settling down in Grants Pass, Randy became involved in the community by coaching youth sports for 15+ years and joining the Grants Pass Active Club that puts on Boatnik during Memorial Day Weekend. With over 30 years of volunteer work involving the youth of Southern Oregon, Randy is passionate about community and values. He is excited to be a part of IMPACT and helping it grow.
Irene Morris
Josephine County DSP Manager
Irene Morris has lived in Oregon for 10 years, with her husband of 30 years, and enjoys 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. As a qualified Mental health associate, she has been in the field of service for over 30 years, and has worked with individuals with TBI, spinal cord injuries, Alzheimer, dementia, and most recently mentally ill individuals. Her passion is to provide the best care to those in need.
Christopher Whisenhunt
Klamath County Assistant
Christopher was born and raised in Klamath Falls Oregon. He is currently working on his Bachelors in Applied Psychology. He is certified through the State of Oregon as a QMHA (Qualified Mental Health Associate). He has been in the social services field for 3 years. Christopher enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, and camping during his free time. He is very passionate about creating a difference within his community and is excited to be able to do this by being a part of the IMPACT team!
Valarie Fisher

Valarie has chosen to settle down here in Southern Oregon after living in beautiful places such as the Virgin Islands and Hawaii for close to 17 years. She has worked in the medical profession as a Certified Medical Biller for close to 10 years before coming to Impact of Oregon.
Micah McCaw
Billing and Outreach Specialist
Micah was born and raised in Southern Oregon. He has 5 years of experience in the I/DD field in Jackson and Josephine County. He loves spending time with his daughter, wife, and their Blue Heeler, Gilmore. If he's not writing or performing music you'll find him at the movies or talking to you about movies.
Casey Christensen
HR Assistant
I grew up in Northern California where I met and married my high school sweetheart. We have since traveled/lived with our 3 children up and down the west coast, until landing in Southern Oregon in 2019 and ending the traveling career. When my husband and I aren't working we are enjoying the outdoors and soaking in the last few years we have left with our kids at home. I take pride in having the ability to help others in the community and making a positive impact on their lives.
Marbella Ruiz-Castro

Marbella is a native of Southern Oregon where she lives with her three daughters. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family and close friends, enjoys hiking, going to the lakes, and any outdoor activity. Marbella strives to help others and truly feels that IMPACT will provide opportunities to continue to foster the work she does.
Aimee Jones
Douglas County DSP Manager
Aimee's story begins in a small town in Southern Oregon, where she was introduced to and began assisting intellectually and developmentally disabled children and adults at a young age. Her journey led her to Southern California, where she cultivated a 25-year career in the diverse fields of hospitality, event management, nonprofits, and healthcare. In 2019, Aimee made the decision to return to her roots, her hometown, to give back to her community and be closer to her family. She has a 28 year old daughter, 2 rescued fur babies (be sure to ask her about her recent rescue Birk), 4 nieces and 2 nephews who she loves spending time with. When a chance meeting happened with the owners of Impact of Oregon, Aimee jumped on board and has been going full steam ahead as Impact's newest Douglas County Manager.
Laurie Wright

Laurie moved to Southern Oregon when she was 10 and has called it home ever since. She comes to us with 20 years of customer service experience, known for her strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. In the last two years, she’s transitioned into administrative support, excelling in task management and team collaboration. She’s a wife, mom to five, and proud owner of two Sphynx cats. Laurie is passionate about making a positive impact in her community and is driven by her commitment to helping others.
Zoe Curran

Zoë was born and raised in the suburbs outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From an early age, she knew that her greatest passion was supporting those in need; so in 2019, Zoë moved to Eugene, Oregon, to pursue a career in social services and disability support. After working as a DSP in clients’ homes, job coaching settings, and residential treatment facilities, Zoë discovered IMPACT. She immediately felt aligned with IMPACT’s mission and goals for providing quality services to individuals with disabilities and those who support them. Zoë is dedicated to making a positive difference in the community and is proud to represent IMPACT’s team as the Lane County Administrative Assistant. Outside of work, Zoë enjoys learning the piano, tending to her houseplant jungle, singing and dancing at karaoke nights, and volunteering her time at local food pantries.
Chari Bowlby

I moved here from Florida 25 years ago. I have always worked with people in need. Whether it be in Mental Health, Special Needs, Drug Addictions, or Nursing/Medical. I've been on the admin side and the face to face sides of the business. I am grateful to be here at Impact, working with the community and helping others! Family and friends are very important to me. I have two beautiful daughters and 4 grandchildren. I love ALLLL animals.
